1990年份是勃根地紅酒的「夢幻」年份，對於很多年輕人來說，因為根本買不起，所以也只剩下「夢幻」而已。

酒名: Paul Jaboulet Aine 2011 Hermitage "La Petite Chapelle" 紅酒



陳新民教授《稀世珍釀-世界百大葡萄酒》第38號酒，就是"La Chapelle"小教堂紅酒，全世界所有知名的葡萄酒專業雜誌，每次只要評選「世界百大名酒」、或是「本世紀夢幻好酒」，這支"La Chapelle"小教堂紅酒一定入選其中，是所有專家心中超級好酒的交集酒款。



大家知道二百多年前法國巴黎頂級餐廳的酒單中，最昂貴的紅酒是什麼嗎？其實不是Petrus，也不是DRC，當年最昂貴的紅酒，就是來自北隆河地區的Hermitage。你如果不認識Hermitage這個葡萄酒產區名稱，那真的不是它不夠有名的問題，因為Hermitage不但名氣響亮，而且已經響亮了超過一千年；在波爾多五大酒莊還完全沒有出現之前，Hermitage 的紅酒就已經非常有名了。



這支Hermitage "La Petite Chapelle"，俗稱"小小教堂"，是"La Chapelle"小教堂的二軍酒款。重點是我們的價格很神奇，比法國當地的店家還便宜！

Bright purple. Pungent aromas of ripe dark fruits, dried flowers and cola, with a peppery nuance adding lift. Fleshy and broad on entry, then tighter and livelier in the mid-palate, offering vibrant blackberry and bitter cherry flavors and a hint of sweetness on the back half. The floral quality returns on the long, incisive finish, which is framed by smooth, well-knit tannins. (JR) (3/2013)
